FAQ

Frequently Asked

Questions

Booking & Payments

Q1: How do I book a tour with Affordable Morocco Tours?

Submit the request/booking form on the tour page (or contact form). Once we confirm details and availability, your booking is confirmed after we receive the required deposit and send an official confirmation email.

Q2: Do you offer private tours or shared tours?

We organize tours with the appropriate transportation for your booking. Many itineraries are arranged privately, and group arrangements may be available depending on your request. Share your group size and preferences and we will confirm the best format.

Q3: Can I customize an itinerary instead of choosing a fixed tour?

Yes. We design customized itineraries based on your interests, preferred pace, comfort level, and travel dates.

Q4: What information do you need to create a custom quote?

To prepare an accurate quote, we typically need:

- Travel dates (or a date range)

- Number of travelers

- Start city and end city

- Tour style preference (standard vs luxury accommodation)

- Any must-see places and special requests

Q5: How far in advance should I book?

Earlier is better - especially for peak travel periods and for specific accommodation preferences. If your dates are soon, send your request and we will confirm availability.

Q6: What payment methods do you accept?

Payment details are provided during the booking process. If a refundable deposit applies, it is returned to the same credit card used at booking (as stated in the cancellation policy).

Q7: Is a deposit required to confirm the booking?

Yes. A binding booking contract is established only after the required deposit is received and you receive an official confirmation email.

Q8: What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation process and conditions are explained on the Cancellation Policy page. Cancellation requests must be submitted via the designated contact form and are valid only once confirmed by our team. Read full policy.
